Employee Is Killed in Fall Down Elevator Shaft

On May 3, 2004, Employee #1 was stuck in an elevator between the third and fourth floor. In her attempt to escape, she fell back into the elevator shaft, falling approximately 50 feet to the bottom. She was killed in the fall.
