Investigation Summary
On May 30, 2003, Employee #1 was placing wood onto the conveyor for a rail and stile machine. Employee #1 left his right hand on the piece of wood and looked away. The moving piece of wood pinched the little finger of the right hand against a feed hopper, causing the finger tip to be cut off. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
