Investigation Summary
On August 13, 2003, Employee #1 was between truck trailers on an assembly line removing plastic from the sides of the trailers to prepare them for detailing. A line cart, which moves the trailers down the assembly line, struck Employee #1 and pinned her. The operator of the line cart apparently did not see Employee #1 between the trailers before moving the cart. Employee #1 was transported unconscious to Home Hospital and admitted for treatment of lacerations.
