Employee dies from suspected heart attack

On December 18, 2004, Employee #1, of Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc., went to his automobile after leaving an Office Depot. As he sat in his car, he began to vomit and gasp for air. The Office Depot store manager witnessed what was happening and called for an ambulance. Employee #1 died en route to the hospital.
