Carpenter Is Killed in Fall; Another Is Injured

On September 22, 2004, Employees #1 and #2 were on a platform supported by a forklift at a townhouse construction site. When the platform slipped from the forks, both employees fell. Employee #1 was killed, and Employee #2 was hospitalized for a concussion. A third employee jumped from the platform onto the roof and was uninjured.
