Employee dies of heart attack

On August 29, 2003, an employee was positioned on 4-ft concrete block when he clutched his body and then rolled from the block. The employee later died at hospital. The employee had been attaching a cable to the concrete block to balance a column. It appears that the employee died of an apparent heart attack.
