Employee is killed when he falls through floor opening

On October 22, 2003, Employee #1 was sanding drywall next to an open-sided floor, approximately 15 ft long and 5 to 8 ft wide. He fell through the open floor, approximately 11. 67 ft. He struck his head on the concrete floor and died.
