Employee dies from heart attack

Employee #1 had been loading boxes, containing kitchen cabinets, into the back of eighteen wheeler trucks. He disappeared during the 5:30 p.m. break. He was discovered around 12:30 a.m. the next day in a storage area of the plant. He died from a cardiovascular respiratory failure.
