Employee Dies from Heart Attack

On September 16, 2003, Employee #1 was loading automobile and truck tires into the back of a delivery truck. He suddenly collapsed to the floor. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. He apparently had a previous heart attack two years prior to this incident.
