Employee Died Of Heart Attack

At approximately 5:15 p.m. on May 26, 2003, Employee #1 left his work station in a chicken processing plant and went to an outside break area to smoke a cigarette. Employee #1 sat down and took out a cigarette to smoke when he fell off of his seat and onto the ground. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital where he died. The Coroner stated that he and the two doctors at the emergency room had determined the cause of death to be from a heart attack.
