Employee is injured when struck by forklift

At approximately 4:20 a.m. on December 5, 2003, Employee #1, working as the 4-foot veneer stacker operator, was struck by a forklift when it approached a stack of veneer to be transferred to the banding operation area. He was hospitalized with a fracture.
