Investigation Summary
Several employees were lifting and tilting back the gusset trusses to they could put the metal banding on. An employee was standing on the center brace in front of the trusses to stabilize them. The trusses fell forward, striking the employee and pinning him to the table. He was hospitalized with various injuries.
