Investigation Summary
On July 21, 2003, Employee #1 was attempting to change the rear tire on the driver's side of a vehicle. The vehicle was located on the shoulder, approximately six feet from the road. For some reason, another vehicle drifted onto the shoulder and struck him. Employee #1 was hospitalized and pronounced dead due to injuries sustained.
