Employee slips, fall and is killed

On October 15, 2003, an employee was stepping from the hydraulic lift to a lower portable step stool when he fell leading to head injuries and death. The Coroner's report stated that the employee died as a result of an intracerebral hematoma, stroke, resulting from the fall.
