Employee Falls from Roof and Sustains Fracture

On February 5, 2007, Employee #1 was installing mission-style tiles on the leading edge on the single-story section of the custom home. Employee #1 lost his footing and fell to ground. The eave height at point of fall measured with a steel tape measure was 10 ft 6 in. with a 4:12 roof pitch. Employee #1 sustained an unspecified fracture and was hospitalized.
