Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on October 3, 2006, Employee #1 was a construction laborer for True Builders Construction, Incorporated. He was operating a forklift at a residential home under construction. When he drove the forklift close to the structure, it slid backwards down a hill and rolled over. He was injured when he was ejected from the forklift and then the forklift landed on his foot. He was hospitalized at Tehachapi Hospital for unspecified fractures.
