Investigation Summary
At 10:00 a.m. on September 13, 2006, Employee #1 was working as a construction framer for Kingdom Builders. He was rolling a truss section over the wall of an attached garage, while walking along the top plate of the wall. He slipped and then fell to the ground onto the concrete foundation wing of the front of the garage, fracturing some vertebrae. He was transported to Hanford Community Hospital for initial treatment and then transported to University Medical Center in Fresno for more intensive care for the injuries to his back. He was hospitalized.
