Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:00 p.m. on December 23, 2006, Employee #1 was driving from the company's poultry hen houses back to his residence on the farm. He was driving an agricultural tractor on the access road alongside an irrigation canal, when the tractor rolled into the canal and onto the employee. He was crushed and killed by the tractor.
