Employee Died Of Heart Attack

Employee #1 went to a trailer in the parking lot to retrieve a piece of outdoor living furniture for a customer. Other employees went to assist with this piece of furniture and discovered Employee #1 down in the trailer. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital and was put on life support. Life support was removed and Employee #1 expired on June 5, 2003.
