Employee injured when tractor rolls over

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on March 27, 2003, Employee #1 was driving a Heston 7066 tractor and was spraying an orchard block. While pulling an empty 200-gallon spray implement, the employee turned a corner, went down a hill, lost control of the tractor, and swerved into the orchard knocking over a telephone pole. The door of the cab opened and ejected the employee. The tractor then rolled over and pinned him to the ground. The tractor caught fire and the employee received burns on his back, legs and arms before a nearby crew could extract him. He was hospitalized with his injuries.
