Employee died from heart attack

At approximately 11:11 a.m. on February 25, 2003, Employee #1 was conducting his regularly assigned tasks as a customer service representative when he collapsed. The fall to the ground caused a minor laceration on the employee's head. The employee was taken to Harborview Hospital where he died from a heart attack.
