Employee Is Killed in Fall from Ladder

On September 24, 2004, Employee #1 was painting from an elevated ladder approximately 15 ft above the ground, when he unexpectedly fell, landing on his head. At the time of this writing, it is not known whether or not there was a contributing health issue that caused him to fall. Employee #1 died.
