Employee died from cardiovascular disease

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on January 30, 2003, Employees #1, a principal press operator was seen walking toward the restroom area. The employee was not seen again that day. On January 31, 2003 another employee told a supervisor that the restroom door had been locked from the previous day. An employee from the carpenter shop was contacted to open the door. When the door was opened, they found Employee #1 laying face down on the floor. The employee died from cardiovascular disease.
