Employee falls from trestle and is killed

On September 23, 2003, an employee and a coworker were on a trestle that was approximately thirty feet in height. They were using a jet sprayer to clean an approximately 6-in. overhead waste line, when the employee climbed down from the top of the overhead trestle. He lost his balance and fell approximately 30 ft to the ground and was killed.
