Employee killed when run over by truck

On December 10, 2003, Employee #1, Vice President of the company, went out to repair the telephone at one of the lanes of the truck check-in station. He was working in the traffic lane when he was apparently struck by a truck pulling into the station of the lane. Employee #1 was not wearing a high visibility vest and there were no signs to warn of pedestrian traffic. He died of crushing injuries. There were no witnesses to this accident.
