Employee Struck By Piping

On July 23, 2003, Employee #1, a bulldozer operator was grading a site in preparation for construction when the edge of the bucket broke a pipe which was approximately 2-in underground. The pipe broke and became a projectile striking Employee #1 in the head. Employee #1 later died from injuries he sustained during the accident.
