Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:40 p.m. on January 18, 2003, Employee #1 was bringing a customers car from the restaurant parking lot. He drove the car out of the parking lot's south entrance and brought it up to the north entrance where the customer motioned him to leave the car in the turn lane. After exiting the vehicle, he walked across the two-lane roadway and was struck by another vehicle. Employee #1 was hospitalized with internal injuries and died.
