Employee dies after being caught between trucks

On December 17, 2003, Employee #1 was installing electrical wiring on the back end of a pickup truck. His coworker started the truck behind it. The truck was in gear and lunged forward after it was started, striking Employee #1. Employee #1 was pinned between two pickup trucks and died from traumatic injuries sustained in the collision.
