Truck driver dies from fall

On July 21, 2003, Employee #1, a truck driver, was standing on the back of his truck. For some reason, he fell and struck his head. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for injuries sustained. Additional complications later arose from hospital care and Employee #1 died.
