Employee dies from drowning

On March 29, 2004, Employee #1 was working for a barge repair company. He was on a 54-ft towboat. After the boat docked, the boat crew discovered that Employee #1 was not on board the ship. They conducted a search for him but could not find him. His body was recovered two days later.
