Employee Is Killed When He Falls from a Tree He Is Cutting

On August 1, 2005, Employee #1, owner of a tree and landscape company, was approximately 30 ft up a tree. He was taking the tree down when his safety line became entangled in the part of the tree he was cutting. When the tree part fell, it pulled him down to the ground, killing him.
