Employee is Killed by Truck Rollover

At 8:30a.m. On July 9, 2004, Employee #1, a water tanker truck operator, drove ran off highway510 on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation and rolled over. Employee #1 was ejected from the vehicle, and the truck rolled over him, crushing and Killing him causing the death. No apparent reason was given for causing the accident. Employee #1 was killed
