Investigation Summary
On March 7, 2003, Employee #1 was performing light hand assembly at a work station. For some reason, Employee #1 became nauseous and vomited in a nearby trash can. Soon after the incident, she collapsed. Emergency services were called and Employee #1 was transported to Gibson City Hospital where she was hospitalized. Employee #1 was pronounced dead and a pathology exam determined the cause of death due to cardiac arrhythmia.
