Employee died from heart attack while working

At approximately 10:19 p.m. on March 5, 2003, Employee #1 was pulling pallets from a trailer parked in the loading dock of the Walmart. There is a security video of the area that shows the employee walking across the loading dock with his right arm across his chest. He is pulling a pallet jack as he enters a trailer. On the video you see the handle of the pallet jack fall to the ground and the other employees run into the trailer. Emergency Medical Assistance was called and arrived at approximately 10:33 p.m. The employee was transported to Arden Hill Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The Medical Examiner found that the employee died of cardiac arrest due to an enlarged heart and valve defects which were not job related.
