Employee dies from coronary artery disease

At approximately 3:30 pm. on November 5, 2002, an employee was sitting in the driver's seat of his truck waiting for his last load of the day. A loader operator noticed that he was slumped forward onto the steering wheel. The employee was struggling for breath, which then stopped. Coworkers began CPR and Emergency Medical Services were called. The employee was not resuscitated and died.
