Investigation Summary

An attempt was made to locate the site on July 19, 2006 but it was unsuccessful. Another attempt was made on the following day and the site in question was found. It is a private residence and it was noted that 3 to 4 peole were working at this location. Mr. Jose Ramos was in the person incharge and he infomrd me that he was putting in wall to divide to adjacent lots. He also informed me that that the person who died was not an employee and was his neighbour who was just hanging around and was not working for the home owner Peter Guskganian. Mr. Guskganian was contacted over the phone and he claimed that the dead person was not employed by him and he was distraught over the incidence. Sargeant Godfrey, who reported this fatality to Cal/Osha also confirmed that the victim was not an employee at the site. It is quite obvious, from the collected evidence, that this was not a work related death and this file would be closed as NO inspection.
