Employee Suffers Heart Attack and Later Dies

At approximately 7:00 p.m. on October 4, 2005, Employee #1, a fire commissioner and exterior fire police captain complained of fatigue while inspecting company equipment. Employee #1 went home and, at approximately 10:09 p.m., suffered a heart attack. First aid was administered at the scene. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
