Janitor Suffers Multiple Injuries in Fall Off Ladder

At approximately 2:40 p.m. on January 23, 2006, a janitor working for Aero Kraft Tool Corporation in Torrance, California, was cleaning the corner of a ceiling using a brush. The employee was standing on a ladder, when he lost his balance and fell from a height of approximately 7 ft. He suffered multiple injuries. The employee was taken to Harbor UCLA Medical Center for treatment. He lost two-and-a-half teeth, required 11 stitches to his chin, and fractured four ribs. The janitor was treated at the medical center and was released after three days.
