Employee Injured in Fall Through Skylight

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on March 30, 2005, Employee #1, a carpenter for a residential building contractor, was framing the interior of a skylight hole he and a coworker-supervisor had just cut. Employee #1 fell 12 feet through the hole, and was hospitalized for treatment of head injuries. The coworker-supervisor was not present when the fall occurred.
