Employee crushed by skidder

An employee working as a machine operator was operating a John Deere Model 648D skidder/grappler. He was skidding cut trees/logs to the de-limber equipment. The equipment rolled over, and the operator was thrown from the skidder and crushed. The employee suffered blunt force trauma and was killed.
