Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was crushed and killed under the rear wheel of a hostler tractor as the tractor pulled out from a trailer. The tractor was used to spot trailers around the yard and warehouse area. It was unclear why Employee #1 was where he was found. It was speculated that he was going to catch a ride on the hostler tractor to the office as it was the end of his shift but this could not be confirmed.
