Employee killed when struck by front-end-loader

On November 11, 2002, Employee #1 was working near a front-end-loader that is primarily used for moving trash. For some reason, Employee #1 walked behind the front-end-loader, which was traveling in reverse. Employee #1 was struck and ran over by the front-end-loader. Employee#1 was hospitalized and pronounced dead due to injuries sustained.
