Employee Is Struck by Falling Pallet and Later Dies

At approximately 11:33 p.m. on April 11, 2007, Employee #1 was retrieving and moving empty pallets from a storage rack with his Raymond Turret Powered Industrial Truck. One pallet hit an upright on the storage rack and fell, striking Employee #1 in his face, neck, head and chest. Employee #1 was hospitalized and subsequently died of his injuries.
