Employee killed when crushed by trailer cab

Employee #1, the owner of Rerun Inc., was assisting a coworker with loading an excavator onto a trailer when the brakes released, causing the tractor and the trailer with the excavator to roll backward down a hill with a grade of 22 degrees. Employee #1 tried to re-enter the cab of the tractor to stop it when he was hit by the tractor cab. The cab rolled over him and crushed and killed him.
