Employee Falls While Maintaining Disconnected Wire

On April 3, 2002, Employee #1 was free climbing the Evendale Substation Number 46 structure to do preventive maintenance on a disconnected electrical wire. He fell 18 feet while climbing and received bruises all over his body. Employee #1 was hospitalized to treat his bruises.
