Employee Exits Street Sweeper and Falls to His Death

At approximately 12:20 p.m. on July 10, 2002, Employee #1, driving a street sweeper, was sweeping a highway and stopped approximately two thirds the ways across a bridge. He opened the left cab door to climb out, and fell approximately 100 ft to the embankment and died.
