Employee Run Over by Tractor Trailer and Killed

Two tractor trailers that were parked next to each other were being loaded. The driver pulled one of the trailers away from the loading dock. He turned to go around a corner when he looked in his rearview mirror and saw Employee #1 laying under his trailer. Employee #1 had tried to jump onto the moving trailer. He fell off and was run over and killed by the rear wheels of the tractor trailer.
