Employee killed when run over by a truck

A coworker operating a waste management truck was turning right with the front bucket down, slowed to allow a private vehicle to turn right. The coworker then made the turn while watching the private vehicle to be sure it was clear. He heard his helper, Employee #1, yell and turned to look for him and heard him say the vehicle was on him. The coworker backed the vehicle off Employee #1 who died.
