Employee injured in fall from structural steel

On November 26, 2001, Employee #1 was standing on purlins while aligning the holes in two pieces of structural steel with a spud wrench. When the wrench slipped, he fell 13 ft 11 in. to the concrete slab below. Employee #1 was hospitalized with injuries to his legs, arms, shoulders and elbows.
