Employee is killed by collapsing wall; another is injured

On August 25, 2004, Employees #1 and #2 were cleaning the inside of a newly-constructed masonry wall while it was being backfilled. When the wall collapsed on them, Employee #1 was killed and Employee #2 sustained fractures, lacerations, and contusions. Employee #2 was hospitalized for treatment.
